more than a listener, goldenSummer18 truly cares for what you have to say. she couldn't possibly solve any of my problems, but her attentiveness, kind heart and willingness to help really shine through and make you feel understood, it's as if talking to a friend. highly recommend!

My problem was complex, I don't think there really was a solution, but they listened and were honest when they thought they couldn't help and wanted to connect me to someone else. They responded moderately quickly but were a good listener.
