Bio
Time for a career change, finally realized the
importance of self-care and being true to me and appreciate that we are never too
old to start something new, all while working full time.
So, I am three
weeks a student, with Kelowna College of Professional Counselling, how formidable
that I will be doing something that makes my heart sing now that I am
'officially' midlife and so great full of all the experiences and wisdom of my
journey so far.

curious I am excited to learn, listen, connect, and continue my own journey of
reflection.
