I myself have been through a rough road and want to help others through my experiences. I have overcome huge barriers and have defied the odds in terms of mental health so i have practiced what i preach! I am sporty, artistic and have a 1:1 degree in sport and exercise science. I hope together we can work towards ending miserary and build a life worth living :)
