I am a 16 year old female that wants to help others. I listen and care for each individual. I help best in stress relief. I have some experience in some topics due to personal experience and understand how it feels to be heard and understood. I want everyone to feel the same way so I am here to listen to each and every person who messages me. I will listen to you and give advice based on what therapists have said and what has worked for me. Feel free to vent as well which i know it feels great when one can release their emotions without worrying how the person we are telling them feels.
