The truth is, I am still dealing with my own issues, but hope that my own experiences can help others cope with this odd little place we call "now." It's easy to feel that what's happening "now" will continue to happen forever, but that is an illusion. "Now" is always really in the past, and the future is yet to be created by the decisions we make moment to moment.
