Hello! My name is kayla, I am 17 years old and looking to help my fellow teen peers. I have anxiety, depression and ADHD. Over the years I have learned many coping methods that have been beneficial that I wish to share with others. Although I am young I do have experience with helping others.

A little about me: I play softball and basketball, I love to read and write, I enjoy the outdoors, and I am a huge LGBTQ advocate (as I am LGBT myself)
