Hello, I'm Rhebekkah-Sofia-Chhaya and I'd love to chat and do what I can to help and support you!! Personally I have severe OCD and anxiety, along with psychosis and panic attacks and have struggled with self harm and suicidal tendencies/thought. But I’m willing to help with any problems you may have, especially mental health related! I’ve also experienced trauma, so I’d be able to sympathise and help out with this.
