I'm a highschool student and over the past few years I've talked to and helped my friends who've also helped me through issues that sometimes I don't feel comfortable talking to family with. In our culture talking and expressing emotions are stigmatized and along with the toxic masculinity I spent a lot of my life scared to talk about how I'm feeling, and I think a place to just talk like 7cups is so important for mental health.
