Hi! I am Liz and I’m really glad you are here. I’m here to support you.

I became a listener because I want everyone to be able to have a shoulder to lean on or a voice to talk to when times get tough. I’ve had my share of struggles and now I am here to help those who would like it. 

I am here to support you without any judgement. I am especially comfortable talking about student life, panic attacks, stress, and self esteem, but you are welcome to talk to me about whatever is on your mind. 

I am usually free during afternoons, but feel free to reach out to me anytime; I will try to get back to you as soon as possible. 

A little bit about me is that I love reading, writing, and going on long walks with music. My favorite genre is indie pop and my pronouns are she/her. I really enjoy dystopian novels too!
