I'm someone who's been through the torments of death of a person I loved and cared deeply for. I'm someone who has seen illness, experienced deep levels of negativity, a feeling of helplessness, of being "stuck". I felt the pain of broken trust in friendships, experienced lots of fears and low levels of confidence. I say these for I'd like you to know I am not speaking empty words.I am no stranger to such hardships. I remember people not understanding these feeling, saying that I'm exaggerating, that there is no real reason to feel such heavy feelings..I'm sure you've faced similar hardships at some point in your life. What's got me through was the light.Of Love.Care.Supprt of those I hold dear, the spark of new positive, friendships and experiences. A change of mindset and time. Wherever you are right and whatever hardships and feelings you are experiencing I'd like you to know: you are not alone. There are many people just like you..and also many warm, kind hearts who understand and are willing to offer you their care, support and guidance.
