Hello! I'm glad you found me here on 7cups! I'm here to lend a helping hand through listening. I've experienced alcohol and drug addiction, was in AA for 3 years, and have lots of personal experience with depression, anxiety, domestic violence, PTSD, OCD and lots of experience living with people with mental illness too. I know a lot about medications, but also like to use mindfulness, positive self-talk, meditation and self care to help keep me level.
