My name is Mykenzie (she/her). I am 20.
I am currently an undergraduate student at a tiny, rural liberal arts college majoring in psychology and English. I aspire to become a clinical psychologist and research with special populations. Off-site, I work in a disability resources office and a suicide hotline. I am passionate about all kinds of literature, metal and rock music, yoga, and drinking tea.
I am a safe person for people of all identities. I aim to provide a non-judgmental space where you take the lead and share your experiences without any expectations or fear.
I do not feel comfortable providing support to anyone older than 22.

She's w o n d e r f u l. I honestly don't have enough words to show what an amazing listener she is. I am LGBTQ+ (transgender and pansexual) and have autism. I haven’t met a lot of listeners that have accepted me. It was really nice how she respected my pronouns and made sure to clarify them. She was super sweet and allowed me to open up. Thanks!

She’s absolutely wonderful. There is no listener on this site that compares to her. She’s funny, kind, sweet, relatable, empathetic, caring, and non judgmental. She let me know from the start that I wouldn’t be judged and offered a safe space so I could open up. She didn’t push me or pressure me.

I honestly don’t think I can talk to another listener again. Mykenzie’s energy is unlike anything I’ve encountered on this site. She is warm, welcoming, and friendly- I felt safe the entire time. She didn’t pressure me to open up, just sat back and listened. She’s very funny and relatable and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. She offered a lot of insight on my situation and sent me a list of coping mechanisms and breathing exercises to do. When I was having a panic attack she tried to help me ground myself. I will forever be grateful for her. 100% if you need a listener reach out to her.

Mykenzie truly changed my life— I have never met a listener like this. She truly listens to every single word I say and offers insight that I couldn’t get anywhere else. She is non-judgemental and extremely relatable. It feels like I am talking to an older sister and not a random person off the internet. Having her as my listener is truly one of the biggest privileges I’ve ever known. Honestly, I haven’t connected with anyone else on this site. She feels like a real human being with emotions. Mykenzie is super professional and relatable. She allows the chat to be about me and doesn’t offer her own advice, which I truly appreciate. She’s always up to chat about serious topics and light-hearted things such as music or books. She is warm and just radiates positive energy to me. Constantly checks up on me, asks how my day was, and truly REMEMBERS my information without me having to refresh her. She is absolutely wonderful.
