...See more Being over the age of 50 is not for the faint hearted. It requires determination and purposeful choices to stay on a healthy path. Each baby step leads us closer to health. Being kind to ourselves is important. If we fall off the path..make a decision to keep trying tomorrow. Be forgiving of yourself. Whole health includes not only what we eat, but also what we put into our mind and spirit. Choose wisely and thanks for reading.
