Ive had a past that's involved alot of less then stellar choices once falling to drugs, homelessness, and major depression &anxiety. I am a mixed martial art competer and brazilian jui jitzu specialist, calm collected and a great thinker, I have spent alot of time self rehabilitating and I feel like I have alot of good tips to share.
