Calm and kind soul, very patient
Although my situation was a little advanced for Lucky to handle (presumably) without a proffessional background they provided generally timely and supportive awnsers. There were slight connection troubles on their end early on in our conversation for around twenty minutes but this was resolved and they were very attentive throughout the rest of the conversation. They also were not afraid to pull examples from those around them as positive role models for the situation which was also very helpful and allowed me to my identify with Lucky better. Although I have no frame of reference since this is my first Listener I would recommend them.
