Hi everyone! I'm 19 years old, and I'm here to listen and to help in any way possible. I have experienced quite a lot of mental health problems throughout my life, and have had ongoing severe depression and anxiety for 8 years now. I have also been diagnosed with EUPD/BPD. I am intensely emotional, so I have had to learn a lot of new ways to control these emotions.
