Outside 7 Cups I practice as a psychotherapist and I also get hired by schools to train teachers on behaviour and classroom management because I have a background in education and also I am so passionate about teaching and learning. I am not acting in a professional capacity here nor can I provide you crisis support on 7 Cups. I am most experienced in issues related to anxiety, depression, female sexual health, parenting, trauma (including developmental, CPTSD, PTSD), breakups, relationships, family stress, work stress, self esteem and managing emotions.
