I am someone who has been living with Anxiety all my life along with Depression, Panic Attacks, OCD, PTSD, GAD,Bi Polar, Agoraphobia, and much more along with the Physical Health problems .
I have worked in Health care as a CNA 3 in a Nursing Homes also Home Health Care Provider and Physical Therapy Assistant . For the last 19 years studied as much as I possibly can about Mental Health I have also been a Mod on several sites and helped as many people as I could possibly Help. I myself still struggle with life issues it is a never ending thing but it is Life and we have to learn to deal with things and do our very best to make sure we know we are going to be Okay!
