Activity Scheduling Activities can be connected to the way you feel. If you track feelings of depression, you may discover that when you are depressed you are more passive and less active. Following the observation that depressed people tend to stop doing pleasurable activities, depression treatments often emphasize increasing the weekly number of pleasurable activities. In crisis would mean that you are actively harming yourself in any way or have an intention to do so or if you are currently at risk of harm from another person. Whether you are in a good mood or maybe not feeling so great, I am here to listen, and I can deal with anger and negative emotions just please remain respectful towards me and towards yourself during our chat so that I can best help. I am open to hearing your rants or being a sounding board and as long as you are not attacking me or anyone else. I will not get mad if you need to curse in my PMs to express those emotions and I can always be that safe place that you are able to come whenever you may need it. A little about me…My name is Isabelle and I am a teen listener. I really enjoy Psychology and I’m not exactly sure what field I want to branch out to at this time, but I plan on majoring in Psychology and finding a way to make a difference in the world for all of the people that are struggling with mental illnesses. I am currently in my last year of school before going into college/university. This being said, things do get crazy so I am not here all the time and I may not be able to respond immediately, but I try to get back with you as soon as I am able. I have gone through my share of struggling throughout my life including struggling with depression, self-harm, ADHD, and many other things and I found my recovery here through listening and helping others. I understand the struggle of not having others understand and even professionals not quite getting the point and that is why I try to be here for each and every one of you as long as possible.
