Activity Scheduling Activities can be connected to the way you feel. If you track feelings of depression, you may discover that when you are depressed you are more passive and less active. Recovering drug addict /alcoholic who has struggled with weight and sexual assault since I was very young. I have also dealt with hormonal issues my entire life so if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask. I am always happy to help and lend a listening ear. Happily married pansexual woman that tries to help others. Spiritual but not religious... I do not mind listening to sexual issues as long as they don't try to lead to "that type" of talk. I am extremely comfortable with LGBTQ+ issues being a member of that community myself.
