🌈 Bunnie is here to listen to you! 🌈❤︎ I am a verified listener that is willing to listen to your problems and is happy to be a bunny friend. I will try my best to be empathetic by putting myself in your shoes. Do not worry for whatever you say is safe with me. ❤︎
I've had my own share of issues--especially depression, breakups, relationship issues, and student life. Plus, I am LGBTQ+ friendly! I don't usually take chats that aren't listed in the issues below. I highly recommend you to browse other listeners who are comfortable regarding your topic!
For members/guests trying to make a personal chat request, I request that we discuss chat topics that are listed in my profile, as this will help us both in our conversation. I strictly DON'T take chats regarding men's and women's issues or any chat of sexual nature. Any chat regarding these two will be redirected to new listeners.
I also take one hour chats only. Thank you very much!Book Me Here🐰
My twinnie is @pamharley003 and my wonderful mentors are @AiluraBlaze and @bear228!
P.S. Thanks to @LavenderFlower for the beautiful profile, I love it to bits!
My name is Jaali, I’m a senior in my undergrad studying Human and Family Development. ♡ I will be pursuing higher education when I graduate because my dream is to work with adults, families and youth as a therapist. I’ve dedicated the last 5 years of my life to mentoring youth (5-18yrs) in group homes, homeless and DV shelters and rehabilitation centers through art-with-intention (or unlicensed “art therapy”). I have been with 7Cups for nearly four years and I recently came back from a small hiatus to focus on taking care of me.
I am someone with many ambitions and curiosities. However, I also have a background in personally experiencing trauma and many challenging circumstances throughout my own life. I am here for you. I have been through a lot, I feel capable of empathizing in so many situations and find that, this helps me be a better listener. But having come from a background of going through these experiences, I’ve personally had to learn how to rise above and overcome, and so no matter what you’re going through, I will take the time to understand your circumstance so I’m able to hopefully give you the support you seek.♡ If we speak and you appreciate our conversation, please let me know in a review! ♡ I really appreciate receiving them and I reflect on your words from time-to-time. Alternatively, I’m also open to constructive criticism! If you think there’s any way I can improve, please let me know. Because this is the path I am actively pursuing in life, I’d really love to know how I can be more helpful to you, and others.
"Keep your face always toward the sunshine and shadows will fall behind you" --Walt WhitmanAbout Me!!!Hey there beautiful people <3. I'm Angel XDfrom the day I joined 7 cups I have always wanted to create a place or a little corner where everyone is never judgemental no matter who you are and what your little amazing quirks are. I want to help be a backbone to those who need someone to just be THERE! I've been through a lot and personally, I didn't have anyone to help through that so now I want to be there for you! I believe that everyone is amazing and has the ability to do great things and most people myself included doubt their selves. You don’t need to have certain characteristics to be special, and you certainly don’t need a specific look to be beautiful <3. I just wanted to create a little space here on 7 cups where you can feel safe, confident, and loved! I will always be there for you, I may not solve your problems but I'll be right there with you so we could pass that obstacle together! always remember that no matter what your problem is it's never too big or too small, we all go through things and they all are problems that do matter. If I'm online then please feel free to start a chat if I'm not, leave me a message and I'll reply to you as soon as I can😊! Activity Scheduling Activities can be connected to the way you feel. If you track feelings of depression, you may discover that when you are depressed you are more passive and less active. Following the observation that depressed people tend to stop doing pleasurable activities, depression treatments often emphasize increasing the weekly number of pleasurable activities. Additional ways to improve mood:
Surround yourself with people who have a positive impact on you
Invest in friendships and have a “go to” person that you can trustBecome more forgiving - forgive yourself and forgive others
Build on areas of strength and note evidence for new beliefs that replace old negative beliefs (praise yourself for things you accomplish)Keep a gratitude journal

Understanding what depression is begins the journey toward recovering from depression. You may not realize that depression symptoms are not just emotional. Depression is much more than a low mood, feeling sad, and being irritable. There are cognitive (e.g., self-criticism and hopeless thoughts), behavioral (e.g., isolating from others and having difficulty ’getting started’ with activities), and physical (e.g., sleep problems and change in appetite) symptoms as well. The mind and body are very much connected, and the way that depression affects someone demonstrates that strong connection. Learn more about what depression is by reading the Depression Guide on 7 Cups of Tea’s website.
