Hello~ I go by the names Lucas or Gabriel because they are related to light. I'm 35yo and I was diagnosed with Autism and ADHD in july 2025, 4 years after I started my recovery journey.  I met many people who questioned why I chosed to be a good person after everything I lived, the answer is simple, because I want to help others who are having a hard time. I want to bring light to others. In my recovery journey I studied a lot of philosophy, listened to many psycholigist, studied everything I could about complex trauma and healthy bonds. After all that, there was something that didn't fully connect, that's when I discovered I'm autistic and decided to have an official diagnosis. I go by the path of love, the only way to connect and truly listen to myself and others. I'm more than happy to help you so don't hesitate to ask for a direct chat with me. Some small clarifications: I'm not good at small talk but if you want to have a friendly chat with me, you'll have an authentic one. I will understand if someone is angry as long they don't take that to me. I don't talk about things related to feminism, lgbt, religion or political things. Hola, soy Fernando.   Creo profundamente en el valor inmenso de cada vida, en el respeto absoluto hacia cada persona y en lo importante que es tener un espacio donde uno se sienta escuchado sin juicios, sin etiquetas y con el corazón abierto.   Sé que muchas veces atravesamos momentos pesados, abrumadores o llenos de incertidumbre, y en esos momentos lo que más necesitamos es alguien que nos acompañe, que nos trate con la misma dignidad que todos merecemos, y que nos recuerde que no estamos solos.   Me comprometo a escucharte con el máximo respeto, a valorar lo que sientes, a cuidar tus palabras y tu historia como si fueran mías, y a ofrecerte esa compañía cálida y sincera que a veces hace tanta falta. No vengo a juzgar, ni a dar lecciones, solo vengo a estar aquí, contigo, mientras compartimos este rato.   En este momento yo también estoy recorriendo mi propio camino, aprendiendo y saliendo adelante, y precisamente por eso entiendo bien lo que se siente.
