Heya. I’m Jay, the self-proclaimed biggest nerd on 7cups! and to be frank, I’m just really looking forward to being able to help you out. I'm passionate about supporting people who are navigating challenging life circumstances and mental health struggles, as I have healed myself with the support of brilliant and empathetic humans who listened to my pain, and showed me different pathways over and over again. I'm in my mid-30s, I have a fulfilling and beautiful life, surrounded by love and peace, something I could have never imagined when I was at my lowest point. My mission is to make others feel seen and heard because I know how painful and lonely life is without that support. 

Hi, I'm a 16 year old high school student who's really passionate about mental health and community support. I know how overwhelming everyday stress, school, and life can get, and I believe everyone deserves a safe space to talk through their struggles. I consider myself a patient and compassionate listener, and I'm excited to learn new active listening skills to help my peers feel heard and less alone.

I’m a regular 24 year old guy who is happily married. I have always had a passion for helping people and have been told throughout my life that I am an excellent listener, hence the name. Hi everyone, my name is Sayrina! I am currently a student with a few passions. I love food, not just eating it but exploring it. I am always on the hunt for new cuisines and hidden restaurants. I also love to travel, whether it is somewhere far away or just a new neighborhood I have never explored before. And when I am not eating or exploring, you can probably find me in the pool. Swimming has always been my way of recharging.
