Nicole is one of the best listeners I've spoken to. We reconnect biweekly and she helps with problems that arose during those two weeks and helps me sort things out. She also always tells me I can message her when I need or just to give little updates. She's been helping me with a variety of issues for a few weeks now. She's gotten to know me very well and she can tell when I'm a bit off that day. Overall, Nicole is very supportive and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a listener.
