David Smallwood, Msc, PG Dip, NCAC

David has been a therapist and counsellor for over 20 years. He holds a Masters degree in addiction counselling and psychology, a post-graduate diploma in therapeutic counselling, and a diploma in counselling for addictive disorders. David is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitising and re- processing), PIT training with Pia Mellody at the Meadows, in Arizona. (co-Dependence and family of origin) in intervention(for addictive problems). He has worked as a treatment director in two rehabilitation clinics, as manager of the addiction unit at the Priory hospital north London, and as clinical director of the Kusnacht Practice in Switzerland.
