@silverArrow67 Sweet message. The woman did that because of her reasons. The man couldn't stand with the standard. This picture made me laugh at first but then I rethink about it. I think it's a bit unfair for the woman. Maybe she has cancer or something? His action is not wrong but I think politely more can be accepted.

This cover looks intense! Out of curiosity, what prompt did you use? Dickens has plenty of drama in Hard Times, but definitely no flying wigs!
Thank you sincerely for your invaluable care and heartfelt interest in this post. I shared all the details in my prompt, but the phrase about planting nothing else except the truth and uprooting everything else interested me the most. That is why I feel uprooting a false hair goes hand in hand with the main thematic target of the novel Hard Times.
