Trying to continue to move forward. Recovery definitely is not linear, and it takes time. There have been setbacks but I think just moving forward has been rewarding but difficult. Rejoining 7 cups is helping.

Not letting the emotional abuse I suffered still feed my mindset, today, I don't know why, but I was triggered by things of the past, the words cut like a scissors and I took it out in the wrong person and feel like a horrible person, but it was like all my hard work to believe I deserved to hear good things was ruined in that moment, it's been a draining day 🥺💜💕

What's been the most challenging part of your personal growth journey?

Leaving my comfort zone is difficult.  It's like I have many comfort zones, so I have to keep stepping out beyond each one, one at a time.

I am 60 and I have been getting and giving help since I was 20. So many things have changed in my life due to hard work. It's hard to accept that some things, like my biology, hasn't changed much.

I have been trying to accept my limiations this last year. cuddle in, ride it out, be extra kind and.gentle with myself.

That and this mental health took my career I loved.

What has been the most challenging part of your personal growth journey?

The hardest parts have changed over time. It has taken me a long time not to take everything personally. When there are problems going on with people who are close to me I tend to internalize first and question if I did something wrong. I also have had to distance myself from some challenging situations others experience as discontent can be contagious for me. I think we all need a break from it sometimes. Listeners are a lot stronger than I am!

My spiritual journey is currently challenging in so many ways in my life, Its an ongoing internal struggle and I feel pretty alone in it.
