We Are All In This Together: Subcommunnity Promotion Week

When we stand together, there is no limit to what we can achieve. There is a lot of strength in togetherness. And as the old saying goes “United we stand, Divided we fall”.

• 35+: Our aim is to provide an inviting space for those of us who are over 35 to find like-minded people, discuss our concerns, and reminisce over a cup of tea. We welcome all ages to participate.

• 50+: This is a place where anyone dealing with 50plus issues can meet with others and share ideas and community together. We are here for serious and light-hearted discussion, for dealing with challenges and for having fun. You are not alone, we are all here with you.

• Teen Only Zone: Welcome to the Teen Only Zone, a safe space for teens alike to connect, whenever they need!

• Whether that’s in our check-ins, seeking support for teen issues, or just having some fun discussions, everyone is welcome! (Only accessible by teens and ATLs)

• Mindfulness Center: The Mindfulness Center welcomes you to a place where it is okay to just be, and not worry about 100 things. You can observe nature or your own room, follow your breath going in and out, or be aware of your feet touching the sidewalk as you head home. It is all mindfulness.

• Support Plus: Welcome to Support Plus (SP+)! This unique, new sub-community was created to enhance coverage for 6 different areas, each of which is equally important to us! Though SP+ is small, we're working hard to make sure our subscribers get the support they deserve! In alphabetical order, the topics we cover are as follows:

1. Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder/ADHD (including Parents of Children with ADHD)

2. Autism Spectrum Conditions/ASCs (including Allies)

3. Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)

4. Dermatillomania, Trichotillomania & Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB )

5. Hoarding Disorder

6. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
