Listener finding problem

I couldn't a listener , I tried many listener and waited but chatted with me and kept waiting. Is this because my internet is wrong or something or we need to wait really long ?.I don't know I am new to this app

When you join the listening queue , available listeners will take up the chat. They are available when their lights are green 🥰
