Sick day because of social anxiety
I had a sick day today because of my social anxiety at work. I feel like I have a target for everyone to pick on.

I am sorry to hear bout that you are dealing with social anxiety :( ❤, social anxiety can be very difficult to deal with specially in working places, have you found any coping skills so that you can manage your social anxiety at work?
@CommunityModAlex i have taken sick days from anxiety and depression too...have you gone to therapy? it is possible to disclose to your employer and receive reasonable accomodation for diagnosed mental illness
@CommunityModAlex do you have any ideas about coping strategies? I have headphones which I think helps but I can't wear them all day. Taking breaks, reminder to breathe/meditate briefly.
