Does anybody else notice their vision gets a little blurry when an anxiety episode is happening or about to happen? Is it just me?

@jordanc0856

I see double stars at night and one airplane looks like two flying together. When I'm having anxiety really bad, nothing of mine works right, I cannot trust what I'm hearing, and I have a complete change of perception.

Scary, but I work hard to defeat anxiety and not let fear have my control or happiness.,😃👍

@juliak1968 Thank you so much for responding. What has worked for you to deal with your anxiety? I am kinda new to this.

In the past ive kept 2 threads going that documented my struggles. Im sure you might find some helpful insight in my threads, so here are 2 links. Your not alone, 1 in 5 people in the world are estimated to be struggling and learning to overcome anxiety. We all suffer together, and recover together by sharing.

It really does, in my case I would describe it as fading...unfocused and fading...and yes it occurs before ananxiety or panic attack...

@WhiteLighthouse Thank you so much for responding. That's almost exactly what happened. I started breathing exercises when that happened.
