Active listening really is super impactful~ a lot of times even if the friend isn’t able to directly help us “move forward” or “actively do something” about the situation/ problem~ for them to just be there as a sounding board, making us feel less alone with our emotions and thoughts can be extremely helpful also; I feel. 🥰
