I am doing better...I formed a group that meets at my home once a week. We discuss men that abuse and use women. We also discuss what to watch out for when dating like - mental illness- obsessive tendencies and self centered behavior. Three traits [NAME REMOVED for confidentiality] possesses. [NAME REMOVED for confidentiality] is lonely and very insecure. He attempts to control women through sex and his obsessive charm. I know [NAME REMOVED for confidentiality] will pay for what he did. We don't get away with bad behavior- including that creep. We have a web site in which the ladies and I post about bad relationships- bad men. On an aircraft, you are instructed if the oxygen masks come down, put yours on before your child's. I'm pretty sure the reasoning is, you can only help your child if you are conscience.
That being said, you should concentrate on your healing. There are many paths towards healing-- seek out what you believe will be beneficial. Give it time and evaluate if it is indeed helping, and move on from there.
When you are sufficiently free from the anguish & pain you appear to be expressing, then you can consider what to do about others.
The only thing that would make me offer a different course is if you or someone else is in imminent danger. Then the proper authorities should be notified.
