Looking for a good listener and/or buddy

just someone who is able to listen to a lot of stuff i guess, normal buddies are also welcome, i know not everyone is wanting or able to support people. And I dont want to just trauma drop on someone, but some of it is pretty heavy stuff. Jjust someone who is willing and able to listen to me, you dont need to give me feedback or support. i just need to talk about it with someone to clear it in my mind.
