Seeking a listener who knows about Autism and Autism Spectrum Disorders

I have Asperger syndrome, and I would love to gain insight from a long-term listener who knows some tips on how to deal with the many things someone like myself face (mainly struggles with communication, overthinking, expressing/managing emotions).
