Does anyone know how to review and rate a listener.please

How to review and rate a listener. I checked on their profile.but other than the nominating for badge button couldn't find any button for reviewing. Please, anyone knows , help me to find it.I really need this!

I guess after you end chat with a listener it give a prompt to review or feedback. You can let the listener know that you are feeling better and would like to end chat. I am not sure if member have end chat option. As a listener we have that option to click end chat. Once we do it members normally get that feedback or review option...you can write Ur review there.
