When I did something in a wrong way, my sis usually called me "stupid" 🙁 I feel stupid a lot of time
This time I did wrong again (I did my best though) and the weird thing was that this time she didn't say "stupid", but I felt like hearing her say it. I had already told her before that I dislike being called stupid, but it's a repetitive thing for her.
It's like she muttered something, but she said she didn't call me stupid. When I said, I heard her call me "stupid," she told me I was "crazy." I guess the voices(😂) are getting louder need to find a way to cope, what do I do? 🥲
@hopefulencounter
You are not stupid and don't let your sisters words ruin your whole day 💛

@Amanda84 Thank you for telling me this 🥹🌻I truly appreciate
@hopefulencounter I'm really sorry. 🤍 You are not "stupid," and you're definitely not "crazy." You deserve patience, kindness, and to be spoken to with respect. I truly hope you're able to give yourself the same kindness that you would give to someone you care about. Sending you lots of warmth and a gentle hug. 🫂❤️
@affectionateTown9346 Thank you so much, your words mean a lot to me they really comforted me. Sometimes I feel intensely that I can easily cry but then after that I feel okay and feel like I'm being too dramatic
@affectionateTown9346 I'm really glad my words could bring you even a little comfort. 🤍

@hopefulencounter When your closest people do that, call you names especially negative names, it will affect you in the long run. Like how you started automatically expecting the person you are living with to call you names when you do something wrong. Now i don't want to alarm you, but i think this should be a serious situation to deal with, because this "stupid" name will even affect the smallest parts of your life, and it will make you make more mistakes. You seem to be a very good person, because you are trying to handle it with a smile on your face. If i were, i would set a boundary, because learning is part of gaining skills, as long as you try and not giving up, none should be called names not even the stupid ones. This is bullying, so first know, that always making mistakes is part of learning, second, let your brain know that these acts should never be allowed. Set a boundary, let yourself know that the best way to learn is through making a lot of mistakes. Hope this helps you!
@Ardor 😭😭😭😭 Hello, thank you a lot for hearing my story and giving me advice! Yes, I agree, it affected me in a bad way. I already have low confidence and this made me doubt myself even more..
My family never took my mental health issues seriously, my sis ever made fun of me being anxious too. Lately when I was angry, I start to hit things to get rid of that feeling of irritation 😔
@hopefulencounter I understand how you feel. I have been there too, it is bad enough that you are trying to learn and everyone around you are obstacles toward learning. If you want to chat any time, you can vent and i could give pointers on how to deal with this, I am sure there a few listeners who would help too. I am here for you, just send me a message when you want, i want to support you!
@hopefulencounter
If she is elder sisi then nevemind her words cuz deepdown all sisters love us 😘
If she is younger sisi tell her to be more respectful to you 😤
I'm sorry you're dealing with this. Being called "stupid" repeatedly can really affect how you see yourself. Please remember that making mistakes doesn't make you stupid. If you're finding yourself hearing things that others say weren't said, it might be a good idea to talk to a mental health professional. You deserve kindness and support. 💙
