It's always said to lead by example so I'll give us a start:
I know I'm strong because I love to remind people how important they are.
I know Im strong because I continue to fight my anxiety and bipolar disorder every day and do so while helping others suffering from similar afflictions. :3

@Jessgirl5, I think you're very strong as well. Loss is painful and it makes things hard but dealing with it gracefully, learning when to let go and move on are vital, you're doing great!

No doubt that loss is one of the most painful things to experience, but it's also a valuable lesson to those who seek courage in the darkest of times. Keeping your head up when times are tough can be one of the bravest acts and you are, for sure, so courageous and so wonderful. Please never forget that your strength is appreciated, and that you are loved ❤

Because I made it till today. Because I'm fighting all the time, trying to find right medications. Because I just am strong, because I survived all that stuff that happened to me and I'm still here, maybe a bit harmed but hey, still here, on this planet with all of you! And I love that.
@alexlove, man oh man, you're not just strong, you're wonderful; I've seen all the positive comments you've left in the forums and hey, we definitely need you around.
You'll make it till tomorrow and the day after that, and so on because we've got your back and we know you have ours. It's not always easy to go on but you do, who cares if you're a little harmed, we all are, but together we function amazingly well. Glad to have you here!

I don't only feel strong, I believe I am, and believing I am strong encourages me to continue making memories for my future.
Some peole believe that to be strong you feel no pain, this is nonsense, in reality, the Strongest people feel it, understand it and accept it.
Continue being strong my friends, I am proud of each and every one of you for your recognition of your own abilities.

Yes, you are indeed strong and I am genuinely saying that. You're right -- being strong doesn't mean you can't be vulnerable and that you can't feel pain because pain comes to all, it makes us human. It's accepting that, perservering, and overcoming it that builds up your character and courage. I'm so so glad that you're able to recognise yourself in that way, because it just adds more to the indubitable courageous spirit you have. You are wonderful ❤

I believe in God and when everything became dark for me, he made the sun rise just to let me know that I'm not on my own and to be back the light at that moment for me...
I know I m strong because I made it so far and will continue to try my best to face any problems life has. though sometimes I feel like to give up everything, because of lack of support, but a few people are always there to encourage me to go through. God bless them x
I know that I'm strong because I still keep on going even though every fiber of my being wants to give up already. I'm not happy anymore and I'm constantly tired and yet I'm still here.
I know I'm strong, because sometimes I try something even though it scares me and I don't know how it will turn out.
I know I'm strong because... I have fought the battle of extreme addiction and won. I am 2 years (+) clean and sober. I came out of addiction as a strong person for many reasons...one big reason that shows my strength is the fact that I can look around me and still see the good in people and the world. I am trusting. I am caring. And I learn from my mistakes and continue to try and do better. This is why I know I am strong.
