I think its great that you like and enjoy Zumba! I'm an instructor and LOVE to meet others who enjoy it as much as I have.
I'm sorry to hear that your back and knees are keeping you from doing something that you enjoy (especially Zumba). I don't know if you have ever tried ZUMBA-"GOLD" or even "AQUA"-Zumba??!
BOTH are truly FUN and amazing workouts! Allowing you to enjoy Zumba in the same manner but at a much lower impact on the joints! While also enjoying the Same great music!!
