Justice for all of us
I don’t like my diagnosis and I want to go back before I was diagnosed. People who don’t have a diagnosis think it’s cool to have one but then I got diagnosed and everyone looks at me weird and treats me differently because of their uneducated suspicions. Like mate the only difference between me and you is practically only how I think who cares what I am I’m still human. Treat us how you would treat someone else without a diagnosis.

Hi, sorry that's been happening 💜 Like you said, you're still human, and you're the same person as you were before you were diagnosed. Diagnoses are just a way of trying to identify what will/won't be useful for someone in terms of helping their well-being.
What kinds of suspicions/assumptions do the people around you tend to make?
I understand. Personality disorders are really stigmatised a lot. People will never understand what we have been through and they can never share our pain. You are really strong for talking about this because it really is very hard to deal with judgements. Like we all just need people to show some empathy but they don’t and won’t. But I would like to say something. The diagnoses is a part of who we are, whether or not we like it. It is hard to accept this but if we hate our personality disorder then we also start hating a part of ourselves that deserves some love and kindness. Right? So irrespective of what others think and how badly they judge us, we can still learn to live with our personality disorder and find healthy coping mechanisms. Treat your personality disorder like your little wounded child, it deserves attention, love, empathy. But MOST IMPORTANTLY, it deserves SELF-ACCEPTANCE.😇☺️
