Hello Listeners Team,
Before I start, I want to share the quote by Maya Angelou, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." This is what you all did here with your presence and contributions.
I hope you’re all well and taking a moment of self-care for yourself. It is with great pleasure and appreciation that I want to take a moment to recognize and appreciate each and every one of you who has supported members through 1-1 support chats. Your unwavering commitment to these conversations has truly made a difference in the lives of members and has been a source of empowerment for them.
We cannot express the level of gratitude we have for the time and effort you all have invested to listen to us. You have consistently shown up, ready to actively listen and provide compassionate support, which has helped many navigate through some of their life's challenges. You all provided us with a safe space to open up and share our thoughts and feelings, without judgment or bias. This level of trust and understanding is what makes the support compassionate and caring.
As it is 7Cups' 10th birthday, we are taking a moment to recognize 10 listeners who completed 7K+ 1-1 chats collectively to support members in the last year (July 01, 2022 - present). They were committed, resilient, and patient to offer quality support to their members and we are all grateful to them for their service to the community.

Wow..... 7,000 chats in ONE year? 7000 divided by 365 is.... 19 chats per day on average. How do they get to do this, considering that you need 30 messages before "it counts" as a supportive conversation. Am I missing something?

He said "collectively" so it's 7000/10 per each of them.
About 700 on average, 2 per day per person.
Which is feasible. It's about consistency more than anything.
