Bf want to be friends now- giving cold shoulder
I have been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years. On Sunday I was really tired and grumpy but he wanted food and asked if can go with him. I said yeah but was just in a bad mood. he started telling me that he didn’t like that and why does he want to be with someone who acts like that. I got upset with that comment and was like ok fine (dumb stuff lol) this is not the first time he points out a flaw and is like that’s why I don’t want to be with you. So I got upset and told him that “the only reason I was with him was because I’m lonely”. And he got really hurt. It’s not true though. I just said that because I wanted to get his attention but now he got really upset and was like “I think we should be friends” today all day he texted me 4 times and when I was like “babe” he told him not to call him that.
he’s serious about being friends but I don’t want that.
I want to take back the comment and apologize. I did apologize but he doesn’t acknowledge it and is like you already said it and it’s unforgivable.
I want him to forgive me!

As you said, You say this thing to get his attention, Now you get it I guess.
Now It's up to you how you want to take it forward, do you want to share why did you wanted his attention, are you thinking to patch up again?
You can't undo the relationship you already had, so being just a friend is not an easy thing.
Regarding forgiveness, We can't demand forgiveness and It's not a big deal as you are already separated and I am sure it' must be hard.
