Have you ever hit rock bottom?

Have you ever hit rock bottom and felt like nothing good could come out?

I feel everyone has a breaking point. When you hit rock bottom, you find darkness and no hopes. Nothing is aligning in your favor and you feel stuck and isolated. There is nothing difficult than fighting for something and you find no changes in it for good.

Maybe your relationships falling apart or your studies or career experiencing all-time low. Family is not supporting you the way you want them to.

Whatever it is, it doesn't look good.

When I hit rock bottom, I felt stuck and isolated. Issues escalated and everything looked dark, hopeless and nowhere to escape. Today when I reflect back, I realize a few things that I think everyone needs to know-

1. If you follow the ray of light in the dark tunnel, you will get out of it. It feels like it is all dark but if you pause and observe, you will find a way to follow the ray of light in the middle of a dark tunnel.

2. You always have a choice. Everything you do or do not is your CHOICE. Either you quit or improve your odds of success by keep trying. If you are reading this right now, it is your choice. If you feel comfortable to share your story or believe in something or not, it is again your choice. So, your life is the sum of the choices you made.

3. Life was never easy and it never will be. If today you are facing a struggle in relationships, tomorrow you might experience a challenge in your professional life and after that in family life. Not necessarily in the same order but struggle never ends. But all you do is keep yourself together and keep moving on forward. And, that is how you find ways to face a challenge and overcome a problem. Believe it, you got this and you can get over it.

I am at a point in my life where I have hit rock bottom. I can't seem to find any light. It's too dark in here. I hope I reach towards the end of the tunnel to light before I lost it all.

A lot of times with me, I feel like I have to explain myself to people (especially those who are extroverts) and they still won

I feel like I'm sinking, my health and depression is getting worst. I'm afraid to hit rock bottom.

I've been Living in Rock bottom for the last 3 years now. That's when my last business failed. I tried to work at it for 1 year. Then started thinking about a new one and just when things were picking up 2020 happened and it's again postponed indefinitely.

I have no money, no status and am financially dependent. I have not been able to achieve any of my goals. I have no social life because all my friends have been doing great and achieved success in some or the other ways which leaves me embarrassed.

I have a few good things in life and I am only living because of that. So rock bottom is home to me, and I've made my peace with it.

I have hit rock bottom a few times in my

time and I am still a young guy. When I have hit rock bottom like I have this year again I don't see any light and fear I never will but I keep holding on to the hope that one day I'll see the light and know I have made it out of the bottom and found a light to move toward

A week ago is when I hit rock bottom... still trying to navigate my way back to the surface. It's challenging but I am determined to keep swimming trying to reach the surface so I can breathe again
