am I wrong to be bothered by this
my fiancé has a friend who wants to hang out w him every now & then but recently it’s been frequent. his friend gives me bad vibes because he seems like someone who will encourage him to cheat. BUT he always wants to hang out at like 11pm and go to the bar to drink all the time. they just go drinking so late at night. I don’t like that at all. I asked my fiancé why his friend always wants to hang out that late and just go drink, like is that all he wants to do and not do anything else???

No you are not wrong to be bothered by this ...
I think it is odd the late hours unless maybe he works swing shift or something and that is his off time. I would imagine your fiance would grow tired of the constant drinking.... and friendship that only evolves around that.
I do not think any one "friend" could convince someone to cheat ... that is a personal decision to cross a line....
