so my coworker is helping me out trying to talk to my gf about getting back with me since we are in no contact right now as she figures her self out still and he said to me that she thought about getting back together with me is this a good sign and what should I do with this information

Be patient.... do not try to read signs or ask if this means something more....
If she wants to come back she will if she want to resume talking with you then you can decide what the things she says mean.
