I need help everyone.

I was in an online situationship for over 2 years during covid. After the restrictions i went to visit him in a different country. It was a nightmare, he is addicted to alcohol and i felt very unsafe with him, he mentally and verbally abused me and stalked me.. last year i finally had the strenght to leave it and he found a new supply. There are so much details to tell to tell you guys how sick he is... but I need to get back to the point. He came back a month ago and told me that his new gf is perfect and he has great respect fot her and how he did all the tnihgs for her that he couldnt do for me.. but the problem is he doesnt love her.. He still loves me. Well somehow and i feel very very ashamed he got me back in his toxic love. He lied and told me he finished with her but turned out it was alie... now he turns it against me and says things like he choose the wrong person to love, she is the better woman and that she could do the things that i couldnt and so on. Those words hurt me deeply in my soul because of my childhood and he knows it. he knows exactly what to say. but I cant get out of it... i need to prove that im the better woman even that i know its a endless run without destination... and when i block him he will stalk me on any other social media accounts and write me bad and evil messages and even create thousands of fake accounts like before. Im scared! and i need help who is familiar with this topic. Since he is back in my life, im feeling tired, im late at work, not intrested to see friends etc. He is like a vampire who sucks the life out of me. Please help me

@emotionalGrapefruit1987 You need to go no contact. They do know all the right things to say to come back into your life and they also know all the right things to hurt you. All the fake apologies - all the sweet things that make you feel good It's almost like a game to them. He's probably doing the same thing to the other person too. The bad messages he sends you are just to tear you down and make you question yourself. Sow seeds of doubt in your mind that you're the problem. Ignore them and delete them. Don't read them. Usually once they realize they can't get a reaction from you they stop. There's a number of good videos on YT Dr. Les Carter and Dr. Ramani are two of my favorites

It won't get better unless you stop it. You left once - I have faith in you that you can do it again. He'll find a new supply and move on - just keep up the no contact - you have nothing to prove to him

@emotionalGrapefruit1987 I experienced something similar in the past. It is emotionally draining, yes. *** your happiness and energy and create fear in you. I'm going to be blunt below, just know I mean well.

How do you usually respond to his messages?

If you haven't heard, browse grey rock method. Feed him nothing.

Consider its done. Even if he crawls back and beg, keep walking without response. Free yourself. Only you can do it.

He is attacking or stalking you offline in person? Report to the police. Don't compromise your physical, emotional, or social safety. Don't romanticise the behaviour.

You've got this!
