Can a situationship turn into something real? Will our partner eventually fall in love, or is it better to let go?
a situationship can turn into something more but it really depends on the people involved so if both are genuinely committed and willing to put in effort, emotionally and consistently then its possible but the hard part is when one person isnt showing their care through actions because sometimes people say the right things but dont follow through and that can leave the other person confused about whether they matter or not.. from what ive seen and experienced, if someone constantly takes you for granted, avoids putting in effort or only engages when its convenient, its unlikely the situation will naturally grow into something more so always trust actions over word. genuine love and commitment are shown, not only said. while a situationship can develop into a deeper connection, its not guaranteed because both people need to actively want it and prove it consistently, otherwise its easy to end up feeling hurt or stuck in a cycle of confusion.
