Lost listener
I'm not sure where this will get posted, but I was chatting with a listener, and they were helping me immensely. And one day I got on the app and the chat was gone. Does anyone know what might have happened? And is there a way to find them? I know their username.

Hey, if you remember their username, you can try looking for their profile from, www.7cups.com/@theirusername. There could have been a lot of scenarios including them taking a break from site. 
I hope looking up for their profile helps.

What do you see when you look up their username? Sometimes it says the listener has gone on break.

@loyalPenguin1610 That is quite strange. and the listener is not in your Chat history either? You can find the chat history at My Path >> My Progress.
I thought even when they went on break, the chat history still shows them.

Sometimes there's a glitch where all my chats disappear as well, and I know it also happens to a listener I speak to. I'd say give it a few days and see if the chat comes back. I'm sorry this happened! I'm not sure what causes it.

It means either the listner left his place or 7Cups removed that listener from this website.
How's everyone's listener disappearing? My listener disappeared too..
