How Do I Become a Listener
I started the listener training a while ago. I think I have a listener account. I click on the come a listener tab and it ask me to log in. I log in and it only connects me to my member account. I tried to sign up for a listener account, but it said my email was already in use.
@warmheartedHuman2014 - Do you think you might have used a different password for your listener account? If you have the same email address for both member and listener, then the password associated with the member account will always log you in there, and you would need the other for your listener account.
If you can't figure out that, or something else is going on, try filling out a support ticket by going to community > support and feedback or emailing community@7cups.com to see if they can help.
