How to be a listener and a member
I've signed up and done the training to be a listener, should the app let me do both because currently it only thinks I am a member
-just to clarify I won't be listening when I feel awful this is just too give back to the community and I also feel like I can honestly help people- I passed the training and I'm fine I swear haha

To switch accounts you have to be on the login page and click forgot password. Once you have the password changed it will give you the option to be on either account you want to be on. Theres another way where you can use another browser in incognito mode but I dont think that works
When you signed up to be a listener, you made a new account right? In order to be a listener you have to make a new account, and then sign in to your listener account to do the listening. If you're on your member account it won't work.
Ps, no need to reassure us that you're fit for listening just because you have a member account too! Pretty much everyone who is a listener is also a member. I feel the same as you, I only use my listener account when I'm feeling good enough to help out :)
